This is usually my mantra as I begin my run or my workout!! I need to remind myself the importance of doing the things I do that keep my body strong. Not just my muscles or my cardiovascular system, but the upregulation of my immune system that occurs, the important mood uplifting hormones, and, of course, the strength of mind!!! That is the one I’m always going to need. That is the one that need to be exercised on a daily basis.
